Leadership is not a position or title—it is the work of helping people move toward meaningful change. Learn what actually creates movement, commitment, action, and change.
"Hank is one of the nation's most insightful and spirited analysts on the topic of collaborative leadership."
We need collaboration to achieve outcomes that are bigger than any one of one of us can achieve all alone.
We need collective impact to align systems for broader community and societal change.
Understanding both strategies can make all the difference in the world when your mission involves making change happen!
Leaders may speak to hundreds.
But one by one, people decide whether to trust and follow a leader.
Leadership begins with relationships.
The currency of leadership is relationships.
Most organizations spend countless hours in discussions, strategic planning, and meetings—but still struggle to create meaningful change.
Hank's keynotes challenge leaders to rethink leadership itself: "... if your efforts aren't producing tangible progress towards change, then you're not really leading ... you're doing something else!!"
